Where RS Randack special fasteners do their work

From high-pressure reactors to ship propellers

Special fasteners are needed where standard parts are not enough: under pressure, temperature, vibration and corrosion, in large sizes and for joints that require verification and inspection. For over 60 years, RS Randack has supplied plant engineering (including chemicals and petrochemicals), energy and power plant engineering, mining, aerospace, rolling stock, shipbuilding and the marine sector, as well as power transmission and mechanical engineering, from its own production in Hagen. These are joined by oil and gas, including offshore, and the nuclear industry, for which RS Randack holds its own KTA qualification certificate. Our approvals and in-house materials laboratory open up further fields such as steel construction and infrastructure. We do not name customers; our industries and certifications speak for themselves.

Common ground

What all industries have in common

Parts made to drawing rather than catalogue items, certified fasteners with inspection certificate 3.1 or 3.2, difficult-to-machine materials, small and medium batch sizes and, often, urgency. This is exactly what RS Randack’s production is built for: forge, CNC machining, thread rolling, nut machining and materials laboratory under one roof in Hagen. Our approvals and their validity periods are listed on the Quality page.
