Your questions answered
Which fasteners does RS Randack manufacture?
Special fasteners, studs, hex bolts and socket head cap screws, reduced-shank bolts to DIN 2510, stud bolts with UN and UNR threads, bolts, threaded rods, special nuts and turned parts to drawing or standard, typically up to 300 mm diameter, 3,500 mm length and thread size M180, larger sizes on request.
What is the minimum order quantity?
One piece. Small series from a few to several thousand pieces are our day-to-day business; our own forge with in-house toolmaking makes even new head shapes economical in small batches.

You will hear from us within a few hours. In many cases, delivery within 24 hours is possible. Common materials are kept in stock.
Which certificates and third-party inspections are available?
Certificates 2.1, 2.2, 3.1 and 3.2 to EN 10204. Third-party inspections by all common inspection bodies and classification societies, including TÜV, DNV, Bureau Veritas, Lloyd’s Register and ABS, take place regularly in our own materials laboratory in Hagen.

Including quenched and tempered steels such as 42CrMo4 and 30CrNiMo8, creep-resistant steels such as 21CrMoV5-7 and 40CrMoV4-6, high-temperature and stainless steels, duplex, nickel-based alloys, titanium and American grades such as B7, L7 and B16: over 1,000 material grades in total to standard and customer specification, from European mills with mill certificate.
Which approvals does RS Randack hold?
AD 2000 W0 and EN 764-5 with the Pressure Equipment Directive, KTA 1401 for nuclear technology, Bureau Veritas Mode II and DNV for shipbuilding and offshore, EN 15048-1 with CE marking, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
